Welcome to the Villages at CSU Channel Islands!
Living on campus immerses you in the heart of the CSUCI experience. Each of our Villages— Santa Rosa Village , Santa Cruz Village , Anacapa Village , and Town Center , offers a unique living environment, access to a residential dining plan, and amenities available to all residents, including our beloved Housing Facility Dog, Lonnie . We offer a comprehensive program with activities and trained staff to support student success and full engagement in the CSUCI educational experience. All students, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin, who are interested in living in student housing are welcome.

Prospective Students
- Fall 2026 transfer, international and returning student move-in day is August 21!
- The spring 2027 online Housing application for NEW spring residents is estimated to open in October
- For spring 2027 NEW applicants only: to be eligible for fee deferral, provide all documentation to the Financial Aid office by October 15, 2026
- Priority application deadline for spring 2027 residential student applicants to submit specific accommodation request due to medical related needs through Disability Accommodations & Support Services (DASS).
